Service Strategy
60% of a building's energy costs are typically spent on Heating and Air Conditioning.
While these services are critical to the smooth operation of a building and to the comfort of its occupants, they are also big consumers of energy and financial resources.
In recognition of this, Birdsall has developed a service strategy that focuses on delivering reliable Heating and Air Conditioning services whilst reducing expenditure.
In our strategy Birdsall’s role is to provide an intelligent single source solution to effectively and efficiently operate and manage the HVACR services.
We term this our Integrated Service Strategy (ISS).
To deliver this solution, Birdsall has trained its engineers and staff to a high standard of customer service and energy efficiency skills to ensure that we deliver ISS effectively and provide a trusted advisor service.
A key part of our strategy is to self-deliver all the complimentary HVACR services, which include:
- Heating & Ventilation services
- Air Conditioning and Chiller services
- Refrigeration services
For each service we provide:
- Design
- Installation
- Maintenance
- Helpdesk and 24/7 Emergency Response
- Repairs
Birdsall delivers value by incorporating these services into an Integrated Service Strategy (ISS), enabling operational performance to be enhanced and expenditure to be reduced.
The three key components to delivering value are:
- People – highly trained, motivated and customer orientated
- Systems – state of the art CAFM, mobile technology and Helpdesk
- Processes – highly tuned processes which are managed through our ISO9001 systems
Birdsall has invested in the people, the systems and the processes to deliver ISS, enabling us to deliver superior value to our customers.
