We have had a busy month of fundrasing here at Birdsall. Friday 26th October saw our office transform into a Pink Palace from wellies and feather boas to bikinis and men in their wives Sunday Best's! This was all to raise money for the 'Wear it Pink' Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign. Homemade treats helped boost donations and we all had a thoroughly enjoyable day raising money for a great cause. | Race for Life 2012 |
The brave Birdsall females will be participating in another Race for Life this year in St. Albans on Sunday 15th July. Race for Life is the largest women-only fundraising event in the UK. Since 1994, women of all ages and fitness levels across the UK have come together at these inspiring events to walk, jog or run to help beat cancer. | 24hr Cycling Event |
It’s that time of year again when our elite Birdsall athletes start their rigorous training programme for the RIDE24 event at Goodwood Motor Circuit. The ride takes place on 23 rd June to 24 th June 2012. The Birdsall team has decided to challenge themselves even further this year by riding the 24hr endurance race solo instead of their usual 4 piece relay team.
